Q. Tell us about yourself!
A. I was born and raised in West Virginia (lets go Mountaineers!). I moved to Cincinnati in 1999 to get my MBA at Xavier University. I married my wife, Anne Marie 18 years ago, and we have one daughter, Raegan. We spend most of our weekends at the barn or at horse shows because Reagan is an equestrian. Additionally, we have welcomed other furry members to our family such as chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits, and the occasional fox, coyote, and eagle.
Q. What roles have you had at FIS?
A. I have worked at FIS for 20+ years, through acquired company brands of MPS, FTPS, Vantiv, and Worldpay. I was a merchant conversion specialist, Partner Success Manager, and a GM for one of our premier bank programs. Now, I lead our Partner Success Managers.
Q. What aspect of your role do you enjoy most?
A. I love helping my team, my colleagues, and our bank partners be successful. Through my different career experiences, I’m often able to help by knowing where to go, how to get things done, and what may and may not work. Furthermore, I know how to nurture and grow partnerships.
Q. What are 5 things that people would be surprised to learn about you?
1. I love playing pickleball.
2. I live in a log cabin.
3. Hawaii is my favorite destination.
4. I was a white-water river guide.
5. I scream for ice cream. The best ice cream in the country is Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chip. I encourage you to change my mind.
